How do I get started?

Your plan is tailored to you, so pricing depends on the level of support you choose. Reach out to me—I’d love to chat and give you accurate pricing.

how much does coaching cost?

I  prefer to use strength training because it builds a strong foundation, supports overall health, and helps you feel your best—both inside and out.

What Type of workouts you do use?

Your safety is always a top priority. If you’re currently dealing with an injury, I’ll provide safe and effective exercise alternatives to avoid aggravating it while still helping you stay active. For past injuries, I take great care programming movements that support continued recovery and help prevent re-injury. Whether we need to modify, regress, or gradually progress exercise, I’ll work with you to ensure your workouts are both effective and safe for your unique needs.

What if i have injuries?

My meal plans are guides. They're not rigid but rather meant to give you ideas, inspiration, and a structure to help you hit your nutrition goals without feeling restricted. If you don't like something, we'll swap it out for something you DO enjoy through the resources I have for you. My job is to help you create a sustainable way of eating that actually works for you because that's the only way it will stick long-term. If you have a food preference and consider yourself a picky eater, that's okay, I won't make you eat broccoli. We're not about that life over here.

what if I don't like something on my meal plan?

Yes, each recipe from the meal guide includes a list!

Will you provide a grocery list?

That’s absolutely something we can work with. If you join the Strength & Fuel program, you’ll receive a Food Substitution Guide to help you easily swap out ingredients based on allergies or personal preference. For 1:1 Nutrition Coaching (12 months), I tailor your plan to fit your individual needs, including any food allergies, while still helping you stay on track with your goals. Your nutrition should work for you, not against you.

What if I have food allergies?

Aside from years of experience, I have my certifications in both personal training and nutrition.

What are your qualifications?

At this time I do not offer group coaching. 

Do you offer group coaching?

 I use a structured system to help you stay consistent and see measurable progress. Every Friday morning, you’ll receive a reminder to log your measurements and scale weight (if applicable) for the most accurate weekly check-in. At the start of the new week, I personally review your updated metrics to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and celebrate your wins-big or small! It's all about keeping you motivated and moving forward.
