Let me introduce myself...

Hi, I’m Tara, a certified fitness coach and nutritionist passionate about helping busy adults achieve sustainable health and confidence. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to juggle work, family, and personal wellness, which is why I created Repeat Fitness & Nutrition—to provide a realistic, balanced approach to fitness and nutrition that fits into your life, not the other way around.

2016

At 21, newly married and with more free time, I discovered a passion for fitness through group classes. As I learned to lift weights, fitness podcasts and nutrition videos sparked an obsession with self-improvement and a newfound love for learning.

2017

My passion for fitness led me to an audition with Camp Gladiator. After passing with no prior experience, I worked hard to get certified and launched my bootcamps.

2018

Early January, I launched my bootcamps, and my career took off! I led outdoor boot camps for five years with up to 50 people at a time. I learned how to train a lot of different people from different backgrounds, goals and fitness levels. 

2020

When the global pandemic hit, I  transitioned with Camp Gladiator to online coaching and then from there online nutrition coaching.

2024

The journey begins! As I transition from Camp Gladiator to launching my own fitness and nutrition business, I’m excited to take this next step and continue helping others reach their goals.

I started fitness training with Tara in ~2018 with Camp Gladiator. Finally bit the bullet and signed up for a 1 year commitment but didn't finish it because hubs got us gym membership. I took everything I learned; form, progressive overload, all the things with me. I've become stronger and hit some awesome PRs because of it. In June 2024, I reached out for nutrition coaching and have never felt more supported in my goals.
